A 1/8"-1/2" tapered reamer is a very good reamer tool, and it's not included in the kit or sold by Safety Seal.

I don't have a slime tool, but these should work, and the safety seals are better.

I received them and all the lot/batch numbers have been removed, are they factory rejects or are they stolen?

The lot numbers should be visible on one side of the backing paper.
