There are no artificial colors, artificial flavors, preservatives, or fillers in our whole food protein bars. Egg whites are cholesterol-free and their protein is easily absorbed by the body. Other less-complete proteins are not easily processed, so much of that protein remains unused, a problem for RXBAR, which is in the nut and date business - but it doesn't have to be that way for us to get the best out of our bars.
