I was a bit hesitant at first, but I can say this was the best money I've ever spent.
This is the best pillow I have ever spent, and I have slept on it for two weeks now, and not one time have I woken up with a neck ache or stiffness.
After I pulled it out, it sprang into its shape and I left it to regain its shape for the recommended time, which I think was around a couple of hours or so.
If you are a side sleeper or a back sleeper you can adjust your pillow position based on how you sleep, and only need to wash the pillow case cover.
It has 3 layers, so my favorite part is that you can take that one if you want, even though we were arguing over it.
