The canopy sidewalls are waterproof and kept everything under the canopy dry during the recent rain.
I have not tested the canopy in the rain yet, but based on my inspection, the material seems identical to other waterproof walls.
The canopies are made of waterproof nylon fabric.
I picked up canopy walls from Amazon that are made with a fabric coated with PU, which stands for polyester urethane. The PU coating has a high hydrostatic head rating, making it waterproof and superior to other materials such as PE and silicone.

In steamy summer months, the canvas material helps dissipate heat.
I suggest adding a small mesh strip on each panel with a loose hanging material flap on the outside for additional airflow on hot days.

I suggest finding the zippers first and planning out which will attach to which panel side, zip it together, and THEN Velcro it up. I also explain how I folded the canopy cover up, slipped this panel into it, and folded it back down so there would be no gaps. It worked very well and set up took less than 5 minutes.

The canopy has good tear resistance, very good water proofing and decent UV protection due to the fabric with its PU coating. I have experienced its durability.
I feel that the canopy won't last long with heavier use.
I have found the durability of the sunwalls to be questionable. During a windy day, they blew off the canopy and one of them got ripped by a metal post, rendering it unusable.
