A 6 TPI blade with a 38” blade is a good choice for a homeowner who wants to speed up the cut but still have some stability.

The skills of local hardware stores are not good enough to make a consistent, proper weld in raw blade stock.

I was amazed by the sharpness of the new blade cuts, I would recommend this product.

This is a great band saw blade and I use it on my Craftsmen, it is much better than anything they have put out recently. Highly recommended from a furniture maker who has been doing this since 1986.

The old craftsman cuts with 6tpi, but now with a 3 tip, it's much easier to cut.

    Question & Answers

I need a 80 inch blade to cut metal that is about 1/8 to 3/16 thick. Please advise?

It is recommended that you have at least 2 to 3 teeth in the cut when cutting thin non-ferrous strip or plate.

Will this blade fit a 12-inch band saw?

It is 80” long, 1/22” wide and 0.025 thick.

Do you carry band saw wheel tires?

    It cuts straight and easy.

    Does this work with craftsman?

It works perfectly if your Craftsman requires an 80 inch blade.

Are these teeth strong enough to cut metal?

    I have only used wood.
