    The chips are made from white chocolate and can be used to add to baked goods, melt down for dipping, and to eat straight out of the bag.


    The chips are made with only cane sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, nonfat dry milk, soy lecithin, and vanilla extract, and there are no artificial flavors or colors added at all.


    I use these in a recipe for 250 chocolate chip cookies and they taste amazing and I don't need 5 lbs.


    I made my first white chocolate cranberry cookies and they were a hit with my husband and I.


    They taste wonderful and melt great, without palm oil, high fructose corn syrup or any other ingredients.
