I experienced severe cramping, diarrhea, and nausea within 6 hours of taking one capsule of Vitamin Code Vitamins. The side effects lasted for 3 days. I suspect that it was due to the probiotics in them.
I took one of these B Complex vitamins and noticed that I was starting to get itchy with small hives appearing all over my body. The next day, I took another one and it became really bad. Hives were everywhere and my face became beet red. The itching all over my body was beyond belief. It was horrible. I stopped taking them after the second one and all the reactions started going away. Today, two days after taking them, I'm back to normal.
