I will reuse the rotor and pick up the Rockford stations by simply turning the antenna like I did with the old one.
I can receive signals from multiple directions with this antenna. It has sufficient gain to pull in TV stations in the VHF high range that are about 40 miles SW of me while also pulling in almost all stations north of me without having so much directivity that limits me to using one antenna.
I used a TV Signal Finder phone app to check the channel signals/tower area and then mounted the antenna on a six-foot pole at the southwest corner of my south deck.
The antenna is positioned at 40 and completely between me and the towers.
