I always have to push against a wall to temporarily reset the track when it slides and grinds against the sides.

There is a strange increment between 2.8 mph and 3.0. The first seems too slow and then it suddenly feels quite lively.
I noticed that the treadmill lacks an incline setting and railings to hold on to.

The maximum speed of the treadmill is 3.8 mph and the remote control is easy to use to change speeds, view distance, and calorie count.
I can choose any speed between 0.6 mph and 3.4 mph in increments of 0.2 mph, which is quite good.
I only walk on the treadmill and can't say much about anything over about 3 mph.

It is easy to slide in and out from under the sit to stand desk.
I use my cane for balance if I feel unsteady while using the treadmill.
I have used the treadmill for a couple of days and have not noticed any belt slippage.
For anyone with balance issues, there is nothing to hold onto.

I am 5ft6 and I feel the treadmill is quite short in length, it would be too short for a taller person.
I have noticed that the treadmill is fairly narrow and I have missed the walking surface and landed my foot on the stationary ledge on either side and almost taken a tumble. I will probably try to fashion some sort of kick plate for each side so if I start straying outside the walking surface, it keeps me inside.

I suggest measuring your stride and comparing it to the belt length, as I am not sure how it will work for someone with a long stride.
My belt shifted all the way left and started fraying.
