When I vacuum across my hardwood floors with the S9+, it sounds like someone is driving a power tool across the surface and removing a layer or two.
I cannot use the robotic vacuum on carpets, no matter how thick they are.

I have never had any issues with the Roborock s4 except for needing new filters when it gets full.
I replace the filter every 3 weeks.
I've noticed that the Roomba shuts down due to an error code related to the filter.
I faced an issue with the Roomba's filtration system. After running for about 20 minutes, I got an error indicating lack of suction. The remedy for this error is to clean the filter. However, after running for only a short time, the filter was not clogged. I had to call customer service to resolve the issue.
