The bristles pivot left to right in addition to the vibration, which makes the teeth feel like new, I noticed the top behind the bristles felt a tad bulkier in the mouth, which I will probably get used to, but on closer examination, I realized the bristles can pivot left to right
The brushes are soft enough for my sensitive gums, and the travel case that came with it, is exactly what I was looking for.
