I have noticed that the honey has crystallized, was heated, and the plastic container leached into it. This results in an overpowering chemical/plastic taste when it first hits my taste buds. After overcoming the initial unpleasantness, it leaves a very nice aftertaste in my mouth. I will now purchase honey only in glass containers due to the issues of plastic leaching into honey.

I like this honey and it doesn't seem to be pure white-clover but close. It might have some red clover or wild-flower in it as well.
I really enjoy the natural and creamy sweet taste of the honey. It's not too sugary and doesn't make my mouth pucker up.
