I like that the brakes have a lot of travel going from no breaking to squeezing hard enough to lock the tires. My wife likes this feature as it gives her more time to feel the braking and ease up before skidding.

I found out that the bike was tested with a load of only 60kg (132lbs.) and the max load is listed at 75kg (165lbs.). I doubt that the bike would perform satisfactorily at the max load listed in another place in the book, based on my experience with the bike.
The bike's Amazon ad did not mention its maximum weight capacity, but the book stated it as 75kg (180#). Unfortunately, my son-in-law and I weigh over the limit, causing a problem.

The front reflector and bell mounts do not open up enough to go around the widest part of my handlebars.
I faced a problem while assembling the bike myself as the small cylindrical part of the handlebar quick release (the nut) was missing. I used a screw and nut I had laying around to assemble the bike and have reached out to the manufacturer for a replacement part.
