  • What users have to say about Beyond Borscht: Old-World Recipes from Eastern Europe

The book is not very long, so you won't find every famous recipe in it, but you will find a lot of them.

This is a great book to keep your Russian mama's recipes and also to connect you with your English parent because they are barely literate in it.

The recepies are simple to make, delicious and easy to eat, and are a must-have for anyone who likes soups or cabbage rolls.

I bought a copy of this book as a gift for my brother, and was so enamored with it, that I ordered another one for myself.

This is a great book to read if you want to learn how to cook Slava food. I can feel pride and joy in every page with her notes, pictures, and tips found throughout the book.
