When I left the product overnight in the drain, it worked. So, I recommend leaving it overnight for stubborn drains.
I tried AMOS Drain Cleaner as per the directions but it did not work. I had to go to HOME DEPOT next day for a drain cleaner and it took just 2 hours for their recommended liquid to clear the toilet.
