I was able to set up the device within 10 minutes and even tried using my iPhone. The mobile interface could use some improvement, but it is still possible to set up on the iPhone.

I am getting full connection speeds of 50+ up and download. I tested it on various speed tests like OOKLA, Xfinity, AT&T, etc.
If the link speed to the extender is 800mbps, I am actually only getting 400mbps.
Enabling both the 2.4Gz and the 5Gz from the extender to the area will result in limited speeds from the extender to the router. I think the 2.4Gz frequency is limited to something like 54Mb/s or 100Mb/s.
I have noticed that the extender cannot provide speeds higher than 30Mbps over 2.4GHz, despite its capability to support higher speeds.

I am getting 20mb on both 2.4 and 5ghz through the extender.
The 5GHz band works much better and the extender comes much closer to the router output performance.
