Roborock is better in all ways except for driving on carpet where J7 is slightly better. Additionally, Roborock cleans carpet better.
Occasionally, the robotic vacuum struggles to climb thicker areas of the rug, but it can conquer the thinner ones after trying again.

The dustbin gets clogged easily, even with daily dumping. There is a flaw in the way it sits and connects with the main part of the vacuum, causing waste to get jammed up in the rubber area where the bin connects with the vacuum. It needs to be wiped out every couple of days.
