About Roborock S7+ Robot Vacuum and Sonic Mop
79% found it versatile for various surfaces
The cleaning solution I used worked wonders on my hardwood floors.
I have wood floors with a few rugs and ideally everything should be vacuumed or swept at least 3-4 times per week, but that's not realistic for me with my work and family schedules. With the Roborock, I can schedule daily cleaning for high traffic areas, and clean any area on demand when I see that it needs it.
The robotic-vacuum handles all area rugs with ease.
72% liked the noise level, but 28% didn't
I have been using robot vacuums for many years now and the noise doesn't wake me up.
The robotic vacuum is relatively quiet, like a dishwasher.
On the max level and the turbo level, the robotic vacuum is very loud.
70% highlighted the dustbin capacity, but 30% didn't find them exceptional
On rugs, the dustbin fills quickly and the vacuum doesn't detect when it's full.
The dustbin on my robotic-vacuum is pretty small and during the first few cleanings, I had to manually empty it a few times while cleaning a large room. The bin was about 80% full when complete and there is no detection of the level of dust in the bin; I must pause cleaning and check it myself if I think it might be full.
75% were satisfied with the weight and maneuverability, but 25% weren't
I have a robotic vacuum that is short enough to fit under my sofa and can sense whether it can fit places, so it rarely gets stuck anywhere.
The vacuum has good reach into corners and under furniture. It also fits under our couches which are 4.5 inches off the floor.
The robotic vacuum goes right over small hairs laying flat on the rug.
76% found the attachments and accessories helpful, but 24% disagree
I find the phone app very useful. It can be installed on multiple phones. Although I am generally not a fan of devices that require a phone, this one is working well.
The mop attachment needs to be removed for most rugs as it gets stuck. It constantly errors out and seems to have been tested with cheap thin rugs.
75% were satisfied with the battery life and charging time, but 25% weren't satisfied
I have used the robotic vacuum to vacuum and mop several rooms in about 1 hour with plenty of battery left.
The robotic vacuum has a long battery life and can vacuum the entire main floor on one charge.
It takes 2 charges to clean out downstairs and 8 hours to vacuum just the downstairs, indicating that the battery life and charging time of our robotic vacuum is insufficient.
84% liked the suction power, but 16% didn't like
On the strongest setting named 'turbo', the vacuuming power is pretty solid.
I have set the vacuum to the second strongest suction power setting which effectively picks up hair.
The suction power is okay.
