I can clean various surfaces with ease using the robotic vacuum cleaner, including hardwoods, oriental rugs, low pile carpet and rugs.
On carpet, the robotic vacuum fills up much quicker with the fibers.
68% liked the noise level, but 32% didn't
The machine is much quieter.
This vacuum is quieter than my old one and doesn't constantly bump into everything. My old vacuum used to sound like a robber was breaking into the house. Based on my experience, I can say that.
The loud beeping of the robotic vacuum is the most annoying thing on earth.
Around the 1 year mark, the robotic vacuum starts getting louder and louder before quitting working.

I appreciate the low profile of the robotic-vacuum and the magnetic boundary strips that make it easy to prevent it from going where I don't want it to go.
Eufy supplies a tool with a sharp blade embedded within it that helps, but it still takes minutes of hands-on cutting and pulling to remove hair from the roller brush.
65% were satisfied with the battery life and charging time, but 35% weren't satisfied
The vacuum runs for only 30 minutes before dying and does not hold a charge.
After fully charging the unit, it died in the middle of hardwood floors after 15 minutes.
The battery of my robotic vacuum died after a few months.
I noticed that the vacuum has poor suction and stays in low power mode for a long time, which makes it seem like it lasts longer while cleaning.

The vacuum has incredible suction power and two side brushes that help.
I am trying to get used to changing the suction power for the rug.
The suction power of this robotic-vacuum is subpar and it just blows lightweight debris/crumbs as it approaches instead of picking it up.
