I have had several 12V jump starters and none of them lasted too long. After asking around to many tow truck drivers and owners, they all recommended The Schumacher Pro Series Line of jump starters.
This jump starter is not suitable for 4 cylinder cars and is meant for 8 cylinder and up, boats, diesels etc.
I have used this unit to jump dozens of cars without any problem.
The jump starter has never failed to start a vehicle, from a Hybrid to V-8 Diesel.
