The jump-starter has functioning over current protection and self protect mode. It is a high output device for jump starting a vehicle, but there is a risk of fire with such high draw cells.
The jump-starter has an easy to read power level indicator which will help me prepare if I start seeing problems with car starting.
If the jump-starter is connected wrong on the battery, it will beep and flash red and green. This is a great safety feature.

After plugging in the jump starter, my car started right up on the first attempt.
I was able to start the car by pressing the power button and then hitting the push button on the car. It only took about 5% of the charge.
I tested the jump-starter on 2 Suvs and a mid size sedan with totally dead batteries and started all 3 vehicles immediately with no problem.
I was impressed with the starting power of the jump-starter. It was able to start my 6.2 liter GMC Yukon which demands a lot of power to start up.
