The supplements have a terrible smell and taste, making it hard to swallow and causing the urge to vomit several times. They are the worst tasting and smelling pills I have ever taken and didn't sit well in my stomach, causing me to fight nausea to keep them down.
I had to stop taking the vitamins-dietary-supplements because of the terrible aftertaste and smell of rotting fish when the bottle is opened.
