A brisk jog is faster than 7.5mph, it's a running speed.
I find the speed of the treadmill, which goes up to 8.7 mph, fast for me.
The treadmill has a great top speed of 7.5mph.
I can only increase or decrease the speed in 0.5 increments manually, while some programs have speeds like 3.7. So, it is not possible to manually set it to 3.7. However, the maximum speed is 8.7, which can be achieved by going from 8.5.

I researched for months before ordering this treadmill due to its higher weight capacity and the fact that it's the only one with a 45.5 inch belt length.
The belt width and length are longer than most other small treadmills, which was a selling point for me and it works.

I wrote to customer service and they asked me to examine the electrical connections. I double pressed on all cable connections without knowing which wire was at fault and fixed the issue.
Upon trying to start it for the first time, I got a loose connection message and had to take the covers off to check the connections.

To fold the treadmill, I need to remove the tightening knobs which can be somewhat difficult as they will stick pretty hard.
Every time I fold it up, I have to undo 4 screws. The folding mechanism is so out of whack that I have never been able to get it to fold flat since the first time I tried it, regardless of what I have done.
I have to wobble to tighten the screw and wobble it to untighten, which defeats the purpose of the folding feature.
I find the folding mechanism inconvenient as I have to unscrew four butterfly screws to fold it. I was expecting an easier fold.
