I have always faced a problem with home treadmills with slow speeds and the belt slowing down as I take a stride. But with Bowflex T7, I have not faced any such problem.
I like how the treadmill accelerates to the selected speed quickly. It helps me get up to pace quickly if I am trying to run an interval.
I usually go to 3.8 mph and then arrow down because the machine takes a while to register the speed up button when I want to walk at 3.6 mph.
When I set a speed, it jumps around for a few seconds to get there.

It is easy for me to sync my Bluetooth earbuds with the tablet/screen.
I have to connect the treadmill to wifi for it to work, but it constantly disconnects and shuts off.

The incline feature works smoothly and efficiently.
The motor works smoothly and the 15% incline is really nice.
On either side of the touch screen, there are buttons. The buttons on the left are for incline.
After using the treadmill for a month, some of the buttons stopped working, specifically the 5 run speed setting. After another month, the entire incline module stopped working. Pushing “up” on the incline module instantly increased SPEED to 9, which is a dangerous situation.
