I can control the speed of the treadmill using buttons on the handle or screen.
The treadmill has a fast boot speed, several running modes, and the right handrail can easily adjust the running speed.
I am satisfied with the speed of the treadmill and it does not shake when running at 4.5 mph. It is also easily portable.
