The speed of the treadmill is great for my at home workout.
There are six speed modes available, making it easy to jump to the desired speed. Speed can also be adjusted manually on the screen or armrest.
The buttons are designed for easy start/pause, setting, or gradual speed changes on the treadmill.
I have noticed that the treadmill has a gradual slowdown feature when pressing on pause/stop, unlike other flimsy products that stop abruptly.

The treadmill is super compact when folded and can be easily lifted with the hydraulic cylinder. It makes a clear click sound when locked in place and can be unfolded by gently stepping the joint at the bottom pole.
The treadmill can be folded after use if my home doesn't have much space.
The treadmill folds and unfolds easily.
