I ran 12 miles at 6.7 MPH on the treadmill motor with ease and no skipping.
The highest speed of the treadmill is 8.7 mi/hr and there is a button to decrease it to 2.5 mi/hr, which is useful for taking short breaks or drinking water during the workout.
I was able to run up to 7.5 MPH without any issues.
I am thrilled to be able to run in my basement, although the speed limit of 8.7MPH might be an issue for some.
