I can now easily work at 2 mph and average 5-8 miles a day, starting from .5 mph. This indicates that the speed of the treadmill is good.
I walked at a speed of 1mph-1.4 mph for a couple of hours and was able to get thousands of steps before work was done.
When I use the treadmill, I notice that the speed is slightly underestimated. At 2 mph, my apple watch registers it as 2.5 mph.
I wish the speed could be increased and decreased faster as there is a slight delay between each 0.1 mph adjustment.
