I run very well with a good speed rating of 10/10 and weigh 180.
I have been regularly walking on the treadmill for over a month at 3.0 - 4.0 speed and it is doing great.
For a smaller treadmill, the speed only goes up to 7.5, but it is perfect.

The belt length accommodates my stride, and I am 5'3 tall.
The treadmill belt is smaller, which is perfect for shorter people like me. But, if someone is taller or has longer legs, the belt might be too narrow. It also keeps sliding to one side.
I scraped the side of my shoe against the panel because the belt runs below the side panels.
There is a large parallel indent on the belt which seems abnormal.
