At top speed, I find the treadmill sturdy to run on.

The folding mechanism is incredibly easy to use and it is easy to fold down the arms.
The handles can swivel from 45 to 180 degrees, allowing me to use or fold them away.
Assembling the treadmill is very easy initially and it can be easily folded up and stacked to one side when not in use.
I found the folding mechanism of the treadmill useful as it folds flat and fits neatly behind the door when not in use.
