I use the highest speed of 2.5 mph for about 2 hours at a time.
I use the treadmill every day, twice a day for a total of 3 miles at the speed of 3.2 miles per hour.
I realized the value of having quick speed toggles available as it was a bit of a pain to cycle between walking and running.
90% found the belt length appropriate, however 10% experienced issues
After using the treadmill, I found that there was plenty of room for me to jog at a decent stride, despite my initial concerns about the belt length. Based on my experience with this feature, I recommend the treadmill.
The treadmill is perfect size for me and decent enough to catch my longer strides.
It's difficult to apply lubricant to the underside of the belt because of the hand rail sticking out.
85% were satisfied with the plate size, although 15% felt it was small
Without the shock absorbing pads, the treadmill would shake a lot and make running more difficult on a narrow deck.
For me, the deck size of 40cm x 100cm works, but it may not suit everyone.
The plate is narrow for running and may be suitable for little teenagers.
87% highlighted the weight capacity, but 13% were concerned
The treadmill can handle a heavier adult over 110kg and is robust.
I weigh around 250 and the treadmill works great for me to run and walk.
The treadmill rolls well on carpet and hard floors once the back end is lifted, but it may be a little heavy for those with joint problems.
As someone who is somewhat overweight, I believe that running at the maximum speed of 12Km/h would cause stress to the treadmill.
I cannot fold the treadmill up unless I remove the armrests. I am tempted to remove the armrests so that I could fold the treadmill up when it's not in use.
I have always faced a problem with home treadmills with slow speeds and the belt slowing down as I take a stride. But with Bowflex T7, I have not faced any such problem.
The treadmill is sleek, fast, and has all the essential functions such as heart rate, speed, miles, quick function buttons, very quiet, and sips on power compared to larger treadmills in its class.
