I could feel the treadmill work and its speed is good for walking or running.
I have never used the treadmill above 3.5 mph and it has been perfect for walking.
If I want to go higher than 2.5mph, I have to put my arms up/down.

I did not loosen the folding arm or attach the grip bars and phone holder. I leave the emergency cord and magnet attached to the folded arms. The treadmill can go up to 2.5MPH when folded, which is enough for a brisk walk.
I can easily put the treadmill under my desk as it has a folding capability.
