The controls are confusing and it doesn't perform as a convection oven.
The timer/stay on knob is troublesome as it is stiff and hard to turn left. It is not advised to turn left if you overshoot the time.

The bars/Rods are a little hard to clean.
The second knob is troublesome and hard to turn left to stay on mode. If the timer is over shot, it's very hard to turn left, making cleaning and maintenance of the toaster-oven difficult.

Additionally, the heating elements are not constantly powered (they turn on and off) so the temperature fluctuates within a range. The temperature control is not labelled below 120C, which is a negative feature.
