I faced a problem with the handle design of my suitcase as it got caught on the sizer while test-sliding it into the sizer at the gate. However, I was able to solve the problem by holding the strap down as I slid it into the sizer in front of an agent.
I had to pay extra because the handle was slightly above the metal luggage checker.
I am concerned about the handle of the suitcase as it feels flimsy and may not hold up long term.

The suitcase has smooth-rolling wheels that move in all directions, and the handles are thoughtfully placed on both the long and short side of the luggage. The wheels come off and go back on very easily.
