I love that the stand mixer has several speeds, is easy to clean, and has a bowl cover to prevent dry ingredients from splashing up into the motor.
The stand mixer is easy to clean and incorporates everything without leaving flour or anything on the bottom of the bowl.
I can't put the attachments in the dishwasher and they don't touch the bottom of the bowl, making it difficult to clean. I have to use a spatula frequently to mix everything well, which means stopping the unit often.
