About YAMAHA SR-C20A Compact Sound Bar
92% were impressed with the design, nevertheless, 8% weren't
The soundbar has a sleek black design and comes with a separate subwoofer.
Iit is made of plastic and fabric mesh material. However, I am not a fan of the speaker fabric due to dust and pet hair.
93% liked the sound quality
The subwoofer can be separately turned up or down, but the Bass Extension produces more depth to the music, creating a very rich and full sound.
The soundbar has surprisingly good sound quality and the subwoofer packs a punch, but it degrades after a certain distance.
The sound quality is top-notch, full, balanced and distortion-free.
While watching movies, shows, and sports, the sound is very crisp and clear. Additionally, the feature 'Clear Voice' makes voices clearer to hear.
94% praised connectivity range
I was not able to connect Bluetooth due to TV incompatibility, but I connected it through optic cable which worked great.
The sound quality is good up to a certain range and then it degrades.
I can connect the soundbar to the audio source via HDMI ARC or optical.
83% found it easy to connect with smart assistants, although 17% faced issues
I faced difficulty in configuring the sound-bar with my current set up because my older generation flat screen is not ARC compatible.
92% highlighted the subwoofer performance, but 8% found it lacking
With the sub disconnected, the soundbar sounds thin and uninspired, but with it connected, it's amazing.
The subwoofer and speaker have a loud sound and deep bass response.
The subwoofer provides a satisfying level of bass and can handle subtle and more dramatic bass noises, making it essential.
The wireless subwoofer delivers rich, sonorous bass which fills out the sonic spectrum and enhances my overall listening experience.

85% appreciated the audio modes, however 15% found them redundant
I tested the audio modes of the soundbar and found that they don't work well and distort sound in an unpleasing way. Higher bass tends to be overwhelming and boomy, but level 2 bass was good. Level 3 was the best all around for most situations and gives a little extra bass for movies.
