I faced issues while connecting my Sonos Arc to my Asus AiMesh network and had to contact the support hotline. I suggest using a Lan cable instead of wifi to improve the consistency of the network.

The soundbar integrates seamlessly with smart devices and can be controlled with mobile phone or voice assistant.
Compatibility with Smart Assistants on sound-bars is poor. Alexa integration is flakey and volume cannot be independently adjusted, making it hard to hear.
I was disappointed with the Google Assistant feature of the Sonos Arc as it is only available in certain countries and not yet available in Hong Kong. I had to find a workaround by signing up for a Sonos account in the US to enable the feature. Additionally, the Sonos Arc cannot be integrated with Google Home or grouped with other Google Assistant speakers to play music. I hope for better integration with Google in the future.

When I added a sub and two Sonos one speakers, the surround sound was unreal. However, it is expensive.
After waiting for a few weeks, I received the Sonos SUB and was impressed with what it brings to the table. I believe that the Sonos SUB is necessary to take full advantage of the Sonos ARC setup.
The sound quality of the sound-bar is not up to the mark. When I listen to recorded news programs on Hulu, they sound very tinny. In fact, they sound better if I listen to them with my TV's speakers. If I bump up the bass, the sound quality improves, but when I watch a movie, there is too much bass.

The Sonos Arc soundbar has 11 high-performance drivers and two upfiring speakers that work together to deliver crystal-clear and detailed sound, no matter the content. Whether I am watching a movie, playing a game, or streaming music, it creates an immersive soundstage that puts me right in the heart of the action.
I was not satisfied with the sound quality of the soundbar. It did not fill the room like the Playbase did.
