This watch is perfect for me as an average person who wants an Apple Watch for working out and convenience.
I like that this watch allows me to see trends in the Fitness app on my iPhone, which previous watches did not offer.
The watch monitors heart rate, measures blood oxygen saturation, and has an activity app that can be shared with family and friends to motivate each other.
I love the watch for tracking my activity, sleep and getting notifications when my phone is in my pocket or bag while I work.
