I think the water eject button is quite intelligent and it simply uses sound waves to push the water out of the speaker port.
My touchscreen starts acting wonky and I can't do anything. I've reset and unpaired several times trying in vain to get my little watch to work.

I haven't charged the watch in almost 3 days.
I have personally experienced the battery life and it always lasts me at least a full day, if not 2.
I tried turning the watch on and off, doing hard resets, and finally updating it through the app, but it didn't charge at all. The battery was too low to complete the update.
