On two different occasions on a flat surface, I was clocked by radar at 22mph, even though the scooter's top speed is claimed to be 19mph.
I find the maximum speed of 19mph good and wouldn't want to go faster than that.
The scooter's speed only reaches 16ish mph, despite being advertised as adjustable to 18.6 top speed.

The battery life is great. I can commute 7 miles to work using only about 75% of the charge. It recharges super fast.
