The noise level is about the same as a Roomba, not as loud as a helicopter.
After using it in all three modes, I found the noise level to be acceptable despite initial concerns based on other reviews.
I found the noise level of the vacuum to be on par with a Roomba and quieter than a normal vacuum. I'm unsure what people expect from a vacuum in terms of noise level.
Several reviews have noted that it is noisy, but I am pleased with the sound level as it is quieter than standard vacs.

On high, the suction power is very good and it's as good as any robot vacuum I've used in the past, if not the best.
I have noticed that the vacuum runs low on power and returns to the base to recharge before finishing the job. This shows that the suction power is sufficient to clean the entire area before running out of power.
The suction power of this robot vacuum is good enough to pick up dirt and dust from the floors. It doesn't annoy my two dogs the way other vacuums do.
