I received a credit and a week later received 4 new hooks. I follow the instructions and they stay put after a week on the wall.
I was able to hang it 3 feet above the floor without any problems, as it holds up to 15lb., I love the idea that it holds up to 15lb as finally I can hang my shower supplies without falling on the ground.
No one could have been more surprised by how well they hold, the way they use the vacuum seal makes sense and works well, I'm ordering more.
I'm giving them a 4 stars because I need to re-tighten the posts once a week or so to keep the cups from falling, and they're only $20 for a 4-pack.
I have been using my hooks for a few weeks now and they have held up well, they are easy to install and I like the fact that they are plastic, so if they do fall, they won't be a heavy metal object hitting my tile.

The same hook is now offered in brushed nickel.

Is it possible to use this on sheet-rock?
A:
If you want to use this for a porous surface, you need to use an acrylic disc with adhesive, but I would not recommend using on sheet rock as the adhesive would peel/damage the sheet rock should you ever want to remove it or if it fell off due to too much.

What is the length of the hook?
A:
The total length of the hook is 1 1/4", with the skinny part of it being 1 1/16" and the thickness of the round end being 3/16".

I don't know how to remove the hooks without using glue.
A:
I have not tried to remove mine as of yet, but I hope if I screw them in and put a spatula under them, they will lift.

Does it come in an oiled bronze?
A:
This only comes with the chrome finish, so we'll see when that changes.
