There is an oxidation or rust stain that won't come out of the bottom chamber. Also, there's no way to contact the authorized dealer.

After installing the Berkey water filter, I no longer have to fill a water pitcher several times a day or boil water to purify it. This shows that the installation was easy and convenient for me.
I recommend filling the top reservoir of the water filter only to the recommended level to avoid water seeping out.
