I can use the compartments in the portfolio-case-ring-binder to hold my chromebook, short books, handouts, pencil case, and other things.
The portfolio has compartments for pens, folders, handouts, etc. and outside compartments organize yearbooks, greeting cards, etc.
In the main compartment, there are three rings and one pocket on each side.
