  • What users have to say about Waterdrop Chubby 10-Cup Water Filter Pitcher

I bought this at a good price of$15 and changed it to include the filter and picture for the price of 27 but they had a coupon on the day I bought it.

I was surprised that the water was not as clear as it could be, but it has handled well for 3 months.

I was worried that the handle would break off if the water level got high, because it has only one contact point at the top of the pitcher.

It's big enough that a little boy can't lift it with one arm, and I always use two hands to hold the lid on when I'm done pouring, and wipe it down with a kitchen cloth.

Everything is as advertised, including the convenient pour hole in the lid, the ability to filter lead, flouride, and chlorine, and the fact that the filters aren't submerged in the clean water.

I bought the waterdrop pitcher a year ago and it failed in the first 3 months. How to replace it?

The refill packaging says the 3 cartridges should last 9 months, but mine still works.

Where can I purchase a filter?

I bought a pitcher and now can't get filters, they play games with their filters and charge a ton for replacements.

Is it possible to replace the battery for the LED light?

Where can I find replacement filters?

The replacement filter for Waterdrop Extream Pitcher is out of stock right now, but will be back in stock before the end of the year.

I didn't receive any instructions, anyone can give me the simple steps?

The simple steps about this pitcher are 1.Wash your hands, then remove filter.
