The SABRE RED Pepper GEL is a spray that is aerosolized so it doesn't ruin the whole room, but it has a greater effective distance, and it comes in a metal canister that is small enough to fit in a small hand.
Unfortunately it's only suitable for right-hand use, and I wouldn't give it 5 stars if the clip were changeable or they had a left-hand option.
I like to carry a pepper spray canister when I walk because it's in my back pocket, and it gives me a more directed and concentrated spray if I encounter a dog that's out of control.
This is a great tool to keep your hand in the right place when you are walking or working, or if you just want to keep it in your pocket while you are out and about.
I wanted to use mace for long-range defence for myself and my dogs, but it was prone to dispurse and affect everyone around it, so I didn't use it.
