This mop head is great for light mopping, it has held up well, no tears or tugging from its base, and the design is better than the original mop head.
The design and manufacture of the item is outstanding, but I had a few questions about it, and the customer service representative was great, thank you!

Does it scratch the linoleum?
I have not used it on linoleum but have used it on wood floors and it does not scratch them.
I don't know if there is a difference between the mop that says it takes a #02011 and the one that doesn't seem to have them.
I didn't keep the packaging, so I can't refer to the numbers, but if your mop is the "Nitty Gritty Roller Mop" then the refill #02010 will fit it.
How do these refill happen?
You can slide the refill horizontally off if the control on the top of the handle is used.
Do you recommend putting the mop in the washer or dishwasher for a deeper clean?
I don't think you should because it's hard to get on and off the mop.
I don't know what model I have, only that it has a libman decals on it, but no model number on the handle or the mop head.
There is only one Libman mop handle that fits with this mop head and it is a long green handle with a white lever in the center.
