The arch strap was too tight for me to slip my foot in far enough barefoot, and forget even trying with thin socks. I had to push them on by hand and then walk, but the strap caused the heel of the sandal to pivot outward until it was only 70% under my foot.
I ordered size 13 but it felt like size 12 and the wrap holding on to my foot was too small for my size 13 foot.
I find the sandals to be very light but with poor durability and prone to ripping at any moment.
