I have used several meat-grinders over the years and can say that this one is not the loudest and it doesn't bother me.

I can grind up a whole chicken, bones and all, in about 60 seconds using the meat-grinder by cutting it up into small pieces to fit the three-inch diameter feed tube.

I have a complaint about the safety guard of the meat-grinder. The feed tube should have been made a little longer instead of adding an awkward stand-off bracket that gets in the way.

I was able to grind 5 pounds of meat in less than 3 minutes for the first grind and for the second grind, it took a little longer because I had to push the ground meat into the chute. The meat was still ice cold after the second grind, which shows that the meat-grinder is fast and efficient in grinding meat.
I can power through partially frozen cubes of meat as large as can fit down the feed tube, which saves time trimming and lets me finish grinding much faster.
