I had no idea how comfortable these mattresses were and how my body had been crying for this for a while. I totally ignored it. I also had no idea that the soft springy mattresses were the reason that I had been waking up on some mornings feeling like crap with the bones in my back, hips and neck hurting and feeling like I had been in a street fight during my sleep.
The mattress has done wonders for my hips, back, and shoulder pains. It is firm/dense enough to not lose shape or feel like I am falling into an unsupported cushion, but still soft enough to be cradled and supported on all critical points.

The mattress is a little firm, but it's better for the back and doesn't feel like sinking in sand like some memory foam mattresses.

After airing it out for 2 days, I noticed that the chemical smell disappeared from the mattress when sniffed directly.
